we are glad to announce that the production process of the conference
proceedings has reached a stage at which we can finally communicate definite
report numbers for your contributions to you.
Please use these report numbers when submitting your contribution to astro-ph.
We would like to encourage you at this point to make your submissions to
astro-ph now.
You may learn your report number from the following listing:

Upon submission, you will be required to
- include the report number for your contribution in the
Report-no: field of your submission
- include in the Comments: field of your submission the following
text (possibly along with other information you may want to give on your paper):

- take care to submit to the same (main) archive as the index,
i.e. Astrophysics (which should be obvious).
Links in the Table of Contents will only become functional once you
have submitted and linked your contribution according to the above
instructions. For previously submitted contributions, please amend
them with the necessary information using the replace functionality!
